Tanggungjawab	We are looking for a motivated and hands-on IT Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems such as CCTV, VOIP, and door access. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates must be willing to undergo 3–6 months of training in Subang, Selangor (accommodation provided) before being based at our Penang branch. Job Responsibilities: - Administer, support, and maintain IT-related hardware, software, and network infrastructure to ensure seamless and continuous operations. - Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks on networking systems, servers, VOIP, CCTV, door access systems, and other IT equipment. - Assist in the implementation and upgrading of new software, hardware, and network systems. - Coordinate with IT vendors/suppliers for configuration, installation, and issue resolution of network equipment. - Contribute to long-term planning for IT equipment upgrades and replacements.

Keperluan	Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field. 2–3 years of relevant experience in IT support. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent time management, planning, and organizational abilities. Willing to undergo training for 3 to 6 months at Subang, Selangor.
