Autol centralized LUBRICATION SYSTEM contains monitor unit and grease supply unit. AccordIng to users' requirements, monitor unit is designed with remote monitor center, monitor, pressure sensor, temperature sensor, liquid level sensor, etc. Grease supply unit includes pump, distrubutors, supply line, feed lines and pipeline accesories, etc. Remote monitor center can real-time monitor all of the centralized lubricaiton systems in a certain area.
Autol lubriation system works periodically. Grease in pump tank is pumped into distributors and the metered grease is discharged to lube points of equipment over preset interval.
