LTL Corporation commenced business in August 2009 with the goal of being the best source of quality building materials such as tiles, sintered stone, sanitary wares, sanitary faucet fittings, bathtub jacuzzi at competitive price in Malaysia.

LTL Corporation services all segments of the building industry in Malaysia such as major developers, architects, quantity surveyors, consulting engineers, contractors, plumbers, building managers and manufacturers.

Today, LTL Corporation has gained support and confidence from many valued business associates and clients due to strong emphasis in high quality products, reliable after-sales services, valued-added consultation services and competitive pricing.

Since its establishment in 2009, LTL Corporation has undertaken approximately RM23 million worth of projects.

LTL Corporation has undertaken extensive sub-contracting work in relation to the supply and installation of quality architectural finishing in numerous projects involving a wide range of building types including hotels, offices, houses, apartments, condominiums, factories and others. Example of completed projects included Pulau Gaya Resort by YTL –Sabah, Hatten Hotel & Service Apartment – Melaka, Sinaran TTDI, D’ Residency, Saujana 0-Lot Phase 1, Westwood Terrace and Gold Coast Morib.

With proven track record of timely completion of contracts, quality workmanship, reliable products together with professional management as well as experienced and dynamic workforce at its disposal, LTL Corporation has embarked on an expansion drive and is now in good position to synergize its trading, manufacturing and development activities to broaden its operating base in the building industry in the near future.
