Tanggungjawab	As a Project Manager at HISTRONG, you will be responsible for: - Overseeing the end-to-end management of interior design and renovation projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints. - Leading and motivating cross-functional project teams, including designers, contractors, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals and objectives. - Developing and maintaining project schedules, allocating resources, and monitoring progress to ensure milestones are met. - Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and implementing cost control measures. - Collaborating closely with clients, architects, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are understood and implemented effectively. - Conducting regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards and design specifications are met. - Proactively identifying and managing project risks, providing timely solutions to mitigate issues that may arise. - Facilitating effective communication and reporting between stakeholders, ensuring project updates are timely and accurate.
