Tanggungjawab	1. Perform troubleshooting and repair of electrical faults related to LED lighting products. 2. Ensure all technical works comply with safety standards and company procedures. 3. Respond promptly to breakdowns or technical issues and perform corrective actions. 4. Provide technical support to internal teams regarding LED lighting applications and electrical setup. 5. Assist in site installation, replacement, or testing when required (if applicable). 6. Support basic product testing and quality checking before delivery or installation. 7. Maintain technical tools, testing devices, and workshop equipment in good working condition. 8. Record customer warranty requests, verify claim validity and coordinate necessary actions. 9. Maintain maintenance records, inspection logs, and repair reports. 10. Assist in documenting technical findings related to defective or faulty LED. 11. Follow all safety procedures during technical works. 12. Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices. 13. Support safety inspections and audits when required. 14. Monitor usage of spare parts related to maintenance works. 15. Recommend replenishment of critical electrical components and tools. 16. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
