Course objectives

• Creating compelling layouts using the intuitive InDesign CS6 interface
• Setting up a new document, designing master pages, and working with document pages
• Working with objects and frames to provide flexibility and control over the design
• Creating and applying colors to objects, strokes, and text using color management
• Creating and applying styles on paragraph, character, object, cell, and table
• Editing text using text-editing features

Pre-requisites before attending the class

Individuals should have a working knowledge of the computer like using the mouse and standard menus and commands, and also how to open, save, and close files. Individuals should also have an understanding of any of the following operating systems: Windows 98/NT/2000/ME/XP/VISTA.
