This expansion joint is most common type of the expansion joint (single bellow element with end connections). It can absorb small amount of lateral, axial & angular movement.It does not restrain pressure thrust therefore adequate anchors and guides must be provided and they can be used only in piping systems that incorporate correctly designed anchors and pipe alignment guides.
