They are used for product like hand creams, shampoos, and various other cosmetic, personal care and toiletries, such as cleansing creams, facial masks, and tanning lotions. They are also widely used for food, pharmaceuticals, household, and industrial products. Materials used for our tubes are soft sided, collapsible, extruded polyethylene plastic such as LDPE, HDPE and LLDPE.
NeuuvPack is able to produce multi-layered plastic tubes be it from mono-layer to 5-layers. NeuuvPack is the first and only in Malaysia that produces 5-layer tube with EVOH. Ethylene vinyl alcohol (EVOH) is a formal copolymer of ethylene and vinyl alcohol. This plastic resin is commonly used as an oxygen barrier in packaging. 2 to 5 Layers - Available in all tube colours and finishes, this material can replace laminate tubes and is recommended for any products like toothpaste or sunscreen that have active ingredients or essential oils that could potentially become volatile when exposed to heat or pressure sensitive environments. Based on our Diagram, our 5-layer tubes have a middle layer called EVOH (Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol)that is designed to protect your products from volatilization & oxidation. All tubes are advisable to be tested to ensure the ingredient remain stable.

TAMPER EVIDENCE
For product safety and liability reasons tamper evidence has become a majar topic in the packaging industry, On the filter’s request all tube can be equipped with a membrane neatly fitted over the orifice of the nozzle before the cap is applied and which subsequently can easily be removed by the consumer. The seal on the orifice is ether a plastic or an aluminium foil.
