XTS Design & Build belt conveyor systems are the most versatile and simplest material handling systems. Two or more pulleys drive an endless loop belt, smoothly and quickly moving a product from Point A to Point B or control the speed by variation of motor speed selection. Belts are PU, fabric or rubber, and they are commonly used in both manufacturing and distribution facilities.
The powered pulley is called “drive pulley,” the unpowered one is known as “idler pulley.” We also provide power moller (self motor roller) to power up the conveyor. Belt conveyors in general material handling such as those moving boxes along inside a facility form a different class of belt conveyors from those that are used to transport large volumes of resources, parcel, manufacturing product, automotive part or agricultural materials.
They are great for transporting regular and irregular shaped objects both light and heavy. Typical items transported on conveyor include totes, packaged goods, bulk boxes and bundled items.
