Established on 19th. September 1981 with the name Salmiah Holdings Sdn. Bhd. and the company has been renamed to Home Bina Sdn. Bhd. (BSB) on 18th November 1995.

Asal Bina Sdn Bhd is a registered building and civil engineering contractor company. We are registered under PKK in class 'A' and registered under CIDB in Grade 'G7'. Our company has successfully awarded MS ISO 9001: 2008 certification from SIRIM on 28th February 2003 for quality management system. The company has also been categorized as potential contractors by Malaysian Public Works Department.

Asal Bina Sdn Bhd is 100% Bumiputera owned and managed by a group of dynamic Bumiputera. Paid-up capital now a total of RM1.2 million.

Asal Bina Sdn Bhd has successfully completed various projects such as housing projects, shopping centres, academic buildings, health clinics, industrial plants and infrastructure. Among the government departments that this company is directly involved as a main contractor is like the Public Works Department, Selangor State Development Corporation, the National Sports Council, the Ministry of Education, Department of Irrigation & Drainage and the Ministry of Health. All of the projects have been completed successfully.

The project has also established a joint venture with a subsidiary of PKNS for the purpose of extending and expanding the field of construction of globalization together.
