We would like to express gratitude thank full to your company's on continue cooperation with our activities.

As you know, the US Government passed the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer
Protection Act (the ''ACT'') in July 2010. Section 1502 of this Act requires companies to disclose the status of use of four minerals Tantalum (Ta), Tin (Sn), Gold (Au) and Tungsten (W). In light of legal companies, CSR and business impact. PIW established the internal management system and utilizes the framework established by industry groups to understand its usage of four minerals and to refrain from knowingly purchasing any products. components or materials that contain conflict minerals.

We need to provide the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) Revision 5.0 to our end customers. Therefore we are requesting all our valued Suppliers who are delivering products, parts and materials to PIW to investigate the status of use of the four minerals.

This survey is aim to respond to and to be compliant with the above low, Therefore, we sincerely request your cooperation on this survey.
