Preventative Maintenance
GII knows that PMs work and we strongly recommend them. Preventative Maintenance increases equipment life and output quality while reducing inconvenient, costly downtime and Total Cost of Ownership.
All services are performed on-site, unless otherwise requested. Our well stocked warehouse and mobile inventories allow our technicians to complete most repairs during the initial visit. Machines requiring additional service for more complex issues can be picked up, repaired and returned to the your location upon completion of the service.

GII provide a great way to budget your monthlyprinting costs and protect your company from unexpected repair cost. This program is designed for companies with multi-function devices. You are charged a flat rate for a device per month. All toner supplies, parts, and maintenance kits are provided.
