The new F180 Ethernet inductive coupler provides contact free, absolutely safe transmission of energy and signals between moving/rotating and stationary components at a transmission distance of up to 20 mm. The innovative F180 is capable of transmitting data in real time using state-of-the-art Ethernet-based fieldbuses. At the same time, very high power transmission of up to 400 watts is possible. The F180 has an outer diameter of 180 mm and a very large bore of 85 mm.
The new coupler generation M30 impresses with large transmission distances of up to 12 mm, high energy transmission (up to 18W) and fast transmission speed.
The innovative coupler systems will be available in three different versions in the future: M30-2 with 2 transmittable digital signals, M30-8 with 8 transmittable digital signals and M30-IOL with fully transparent IO-Link transmission (COM1, COM2, COM3).
All systems are absolutely wear and maintenance-free thanks to IP 67 protection and are ideally suited as a slip ring or connector replacement.
