| Before sampling, sterilize the sampling port membrane with alcohol, for instance. The internal side of the rubber membrane is cleaned automatically during tank or pipe CIP. To take a sample, unscrew the cap and insert a hypodermic needle through the micro sample port membrane. The membrane maintains a sterile barrier while allowing safe fluid extraction. Membrane replacement is straightforward: when the tank is empty and pressure-free, unscrew the nipple, remove the disc, replace the membrane, and reassemble securely. |
