FRP or GRP Tanks and Vessels
We design, manufacture and construction of plastic and fiberglass reinforced plastic tanks and vessels. Depend on the application, we also design and manufacture dual laminate tanks and vessels based on the thermoplastic liners such as PVC, CPVC, PP, PE, PVDF, ECTFE, FEP and PFA.

HCE received approval from JKKP (i.e. DOSH) of Malaysia on 22nd Dec 2014 to be their registered FRP Pressure Vessels manufacturer even though we had been designing and manufacturing pressure vessels for oversea markets long before this. With this additional registration, we shall be able to fabricate FRP pressure vessels for Malaysian market.

  • Supports: Fully supported flat bottom; FRP skirt; FRP legs, Hot dip galvanized Ring support

Accessories

  • Full face flanges thickness designed to 50psig, and drilled to any international standards OR

  • Stub end flange with hot dip galvanized backing rings or PP/PE backing rings

  • SS304 or SS316 manufacturer name plate mounted on FRP bracket

  • Custom designed lifting and hold down lugs

  • Ladder and handrail
