Fluke's Customer Support Services are dedicated to providing excellent service for
our products and customers. We offer repair services and replacement parts through
our certified service centers worldwide.
Product Repair Options:
Flat rate repair:
A flat rate covers parts, labor, calibration, and modifications needed to
bring the instrument to specifications. Some parts may not be included and will be billed
separately.
Priority service:
Next on bench service is available for an additional fee.
Repair by replacement (RBR): Some products qualify for replacement at a reduced price.
Calibration costs may be additional if the unit is replaced instead of repaired.
Replacement Parts:
We offer components meeting Fluke original equipment standards with a 90-day warranty. Quick turnaround and product support are ensured through our quality replacement parts.
Please identify parts by the Fluke part number from the instrument manual when ordering. Parts not listed in manuals are not user-replaceable. In some cases, matched sets of parts may be required to maintain instrument accuracy and performance after repair. Check the listings and diagrams for ordering instructions.
