1. It is tested and verified by TUV Rheinland in Taiwan and had passed CE of Machinery Safety Directive (MSD 89/392/EEC) and Low Voltage Directive (LVD 73/23/EEC). It conforms to UN's requirement of "Necessary Safety, Hygienic Regulation."
2. CES resistance electric lubricator series include CESA/B, CESMA/B, CESC and CESS type, and the accessories are different by each model. Please refer to the specification for further details.
3. The interval time could be set up on request (2, 3, 5, 10, 15, 30, 60 minutes) and supply the power, the lubricator will work automatically.
4. The discharge volume could be set up on request and customers can adjust it by themselves. The standard specification of discharge volume is 3-6 cc/stroke, 1-6 cc/stroke is also on request.
5. This unit has fixed output pressure device, and adding a pressure gauge can inspect if the output pressure works normally.
6. CES type series used a synchronous motor, a worm gear and a worm shaft working together.
7. CESC type has an electronic box with a power, operation, and abnormal indicators for users, easy to know the lubricator's condition.
8. It has a buzzer that will alarm when the oil level is too low.
9. About CESC type, the standard specification of float switch is NC (Normal Close) contact, which means when the oil level is lower than the standard, it will have signals. NO (Normal Open) contact is also on request.
