Tanggungjawab	- Plan and execute the recruitment and selection process to meet hiring needs effectively. - Manage staffing documentation and prepare HR reports - Handle industrial relations matters and ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws. - Monitor and coordinate manpower planning according to the company’s direction. - Organize and maintain an accurate HR database with up-to-date employee records. - Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and HR-related matters. - Assist the Legal Officer when required on debt recovery and rented property matters. - Lead and support HR projects to achieve company objectives and strategic plans.
