Tanggungjawab	1. Develops a production schedule detailing all tasks to meet predicted completion date or prioritizes job orders for production optimization. 2. Ensure the work progress according to planning schedule and complete before delivery date. 3. Update the progress of project / order from time to time to the related department. 4. Support better management reporting, information flow, and process within the operation department. 5. Manage and assign tasks appropriately. 6. Stock Control/ Preservation/ Handling. 7. Provide a positive working environment. 8. Generate the report assign by superior or management. 9. Update JC report. 10. Schedule shipment according to planning schedule. 11. Follow up WIP and update process flow status. 12. Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the company policy and procedures. 13. To be responsible at assigned each risk area for the management of particular risk. 14. Maintain and responsible for 5’s practices in workplace. 15. Others duties assigned by superior and management from time to time.
