Tanggungjawab	1. Responsible for new product development. 2. Responds to customer complaints and validates the complaint. 3. Provides containment action plan within one working day; 4. Analyses quality trend of customer complaints, feedback analysis & propose recommendations for improvement. 5. Responsible for total corrective, preventive action and continuous improvement plan. 6. To monitor and ensure department objective are complying. 7. Communicate with internal team on quality feedback from customer and internal feedback during daily inspection. 8. Verify Inspection criteria, checklist for each product and process to ensure that products meet customer requirement. 9. Conduct training for those new comer inspectors and continue monitor their performance. 10. Check and verify inspection daily report to ensure no discrepancy and perform accordingly to procedure. 11. To monitor and ensure achieve 100% NCR close from customer without failed. 12. Contribute to continuous improvement plans. 13. To inform production if found wrong of handling part during In-Process or Out Going inspection. 14. To monitor and ensure internal NCPR closing within 5 working days. 15. Ensure the entire quality is under department objective and quality inspection systems are maintained. 16. Verified and ensure measuring equipment are in good condition. 17. Verified daily production scrap part. 18. Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the Company Policy and Procedures. 19. To be responsible at assigned each risk area for the management of particular risk. 20. Maintain and responsible for 5’s practices in workplace. 21. Others duties assigned by Superior and Management from time to time.
