Tanggungjawab	1. Involve in development and study of work process of a new part before entering production floor. 2. To eliminate un- necessary waste. 3. To create new work instruction for production use. 4. Design the required fixture that suitable for production usage as per customer requirement. 5. To involve on Welding Procedure Specification creation (WPS) and development that suit production usage as per customer requirement and also involve in Welder qualification program (WQT) 6. Provide support to customer and quality enquiries 7. To improve welding process capability to suit production demand. 8. To drive continues improvement activities for production 9. To monitor quality of product to meet customer requirement. 10. To purchase tools and equipment for production usage. 11. Maintaining safe working environment by complying to company safety system and requirement and monitoring of 5S System implementation 12. Work with all department for new product discussion, New Customer requirement and new technology implementation. 13. Develop a cost-effective working process. 14. Maintaining of department assets and scheduling preventive maintenance. 15. To involve in corrective action activities to improve production quality product. 16. Attending customer meeting and discussion. 17. To perform training for new employee or upgrading of knowledge and skill 18. Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the Company Policy and Procedures. 19. To be responsible at assigned each risk area for the management of particular risk. 20. Maintain and responsible for 5’s practices in workplace. 21. Others duties assigned by Superior and Management from time to time.
