Machine Introduction：
- This machine uses the method of making bags first and then putting the products into the bags to package the products. The bags are cut and sealed by heat sealing, which largely avoids wrinkles in the bag and results in a more beautiful packaging effect. Most commonly used in packaging electronic products, daily chemical products, accessories, and toys, the sealing knife we designed can cut bubble bags, PET film, PVC film, PE film, and POF film. The heating source employs a stainless steel heating tube, ensuring a long service life. It features an anti-stick and high-temperature sealing knife, formed in one piece for stronger and more attractive sealing, with the outside coated in Teflon non-stick film.
- The temperature control of the sealing knife utilizes a Japanese ''OMRON'' digital display temperature controller and imported heat-sensitive sensor, allowing adjustable temperatures from 0-300°C. The driving system incorporates a Taiwan SHAKO or Airtac cylinder to ensure firm and stable sealing, while the Uda stepper motor guarantees high speed and smooth conveying. Detection is handled by Mingye fiber optic sensors for accurate and sensitive product delivery and stop detection, and the induction switch uses a Japanese OMRON photoelectric sensor for precision.
- Additionally, the machine includes multiple hole punches to quickly expel air from the bag during shrinking. Mechanical components are constructed from carbon steel sprayed with plastic, with key parts made from stainless steel plates and aluminum profiles to ensure a solid structure. The surface treatment involves anti-corrosion structural materials, finished with either plastic spraying or nickel plating.
