Based on Section 29A of the OSH (Amendment) Act 2022 mandates workplaces with 5+ employees to appoint an OSH Coordinator if no Safety and Health Officer is in place.
Any employer who does not meet this requirement, will be penalized with a sum not exceeding RM50,000.00
