The color is a pale, water-white to yellow with green tints. Vivid, powerful aromas of green asparagus & peapod, followed by wet stone-minerality, lime aromas & lifted, blossom notes. On the palate rich, dry & intense peapod, asparagus & gooseberry fruit is supported by lemony/limey crispness. There are mineral, flinty/wet stone notes. Rounded, slightly oily & mid weight. Alcohol is balanced & the long, crisp finish shows intense fruit -
