ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) – Individual Coaching & Examination Preparation
Introduction
The ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) is a globally recognised professional credential for experienced professionals who lead process improvement, quality and business transformation initiatives. A Six Sigma Black Belt is expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of the DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control), advanced problem-solving and statistical tools, project and team management, and the ability to deliver measurable and sustainable improvements within an organisation.
This individual coaching and examination preparation programme provides a structured pathway towards the ASQ CSSBB examination. Through personalised coaching, practical exercises, statistical analysis, DMAIC project application, practice questions and mock examinations, participants will progressively build the knowledge and confidence required for CSSBB examination readiness. The programme is aligned with the ASQ CSSBB Body of Knowledge and is particularly suitable for professionals in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Service, Process Improvement and Business Excellence.
