4. Size, Shape & Configuration of perforations. Additional hole size, pitch and configuration may be available on request. if you required perforations to your own specifications, please submit full details and drawing (if available).
5. Size of end & side margins (IF any)
6. Miscellaneous information:
   - Any bolt or screw holes required.
   - Any blank portions in perforated area.
   - Any bending or fabricating operations.
