Bon Estates Sdn Bhd has reached a major construction milestone for its Bon Kiara project in Mont’Kiara, announcing the topping-out of the two-tower development ahead of its targeted completion in the third quarter of 2026. The ceremony marked steady progress on the boutique developer’s latest luxury residential offering, which features 410 spacious, family-oriented units.
To commemorate the occasion, 410 birds were released — each representing a home within the project. Bon Estates chairman Goh Soo Sing thanked homeowners and supporters for their confidence in the development.
He noted that Bon Kiara carries forward the developer’s philosophy of “living well crafted,” building on the success of its award-winning flagship project, The Estate in South Bangsar. “We remain deeply grateful for the Bon Community who have chosen Bon Kiara as their home," Goh said during the event.
Enhanced Connectivity Through CSR Initiative
As part of its corporate social responsibility efforts, Bon Estates is constructing a new access road linking Jalan Kiara 3 to Jalan Duta Kiara. Scheduled for completion by the second quarter of 2026, the route is expected to ease traffic flow and improve convenience for Bon Kiara residents as well as the broader Mont’Kiara neighbourhood.
Spacious Units and Lifestyle-Focused Facilities
Bon Kiara offers generous built-ups ranging from 2,081 to 3,075 sq ft, designed for comfort and multi-generational living. Residents will enjoy a range of curated amenities including:
-
A dedicated pickleball court
-
A yoga deck
-
A 2,000 sq ft gym
-
1.5 acres of landscaped greenery
The pet-friendly development has already achieved a strong 95% take-up rate.
Upcoming Launches from Bon Estates
Beyond Bon Kiara, the developer is gearing up to introduce Yanu Hills in Melawati — an exclusive series of luxury bungalows — with more new projects in the pipeline. Bon Estates continues to build its reputation as an award-winning boutique developer focused on blending thoughtful design, practicality and lifestyle value. Its portfolio includes The Estate, South Bangsar, the FIABCI Malaysia Property Award 2023 winner in the Residential High-Rise category.
For property watchers tracking trends across commercial property in KL, office space in Bukit Jalil, premium residential pockets affecting industrial land in Selangor, and growth corridors near factory hubs in Puchong and industrial property in the Subang area, Bon Kiara’s progress highlights continuing demand for high-quality homes within Kuala Lumpur’s established urban enclaves.
