Application & Usage
- Surface Preparation: Substrate must be clean, sound, and free from dust, oil, grease, and loose particles. Pre-wet to SSD (saturated surface dry) condition. Use Primo Render for patching surface defects >5mm.
- Mixing: Use a clean container and potable water. Add PRIMO Plaster 380 into water while mixing with a mechanical paddle mixer at low speed. Mix for 3–5 minutes until smooth and lump-free. Allow to rest 2 minutes, then remix before application.
- Application: Apply using a steel trowel or suitable spray machine. For thickness >15mm, apply in two layers with light keying between coats. Finish with straight edge or trowel. Allow sufficient curing before skim coat or decorative finishes.
- Packaging: 40kg moisture-resistant laminated paper bag.
- Storage: Store in cool, dry place on pallets, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Shelf life: 6–9 months (unopened bag).
- Safety & Health: Contains cement. Avoid contact with skin and eyes; wear gloves, mask, and goggles. Wash immediately if contact occurs. Avoid inhalation of dust. Ensure adequate ventilation. Keep out of reach of children. Refer to MSDS.
