The sprinkler head rated for 141°C is a high temperature rated automatic fire sprinkler device. It is designed for installation in environments where the ambient temperature can rise much higher than normal (e.g. near heat-producing processes, industrial plants, boiler rooms or other areas where higher ambient temperatures are expected) . According to specification tables, the 141°C rating is considered a ''High'' temperature classification for sprinklers. In fire protection systems, using a higher temperature-rated sprinkler means it will remain closed and inactive during normal operations up to that temperature threshold, avoiding accidental activation due to high ambient heat, but still operate when actual fire heat raises the temperature to near of above 141°C.
