Responsibilities | Managing the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conduct interviews and extending job offers/ 管理招聘流程,从寻找和筛选候选人到进行面试和提供工作机会. Addressing employee grievances, handling disciplinary actions and fostering a positive work environment/ 处理员工申诉、处理纪律处分并营造积极的工作环境. Administering employee benefits programs, including medical claims, hospitalization claims, traveling claims and leave management/ 管理员工福利计划,包括医疗索赔、住院索赔、旅行索赔和休假管理. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and implementing HR policies and procedures/ 确保遵守劳动法并实施人力资源政策和程序. Analysing HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions/ 分析人力资源数据以识别趋势并做出数据驱动的决策. Overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, employee onboarding and offboarding/ 监督日常人力资源运营,包括工资处理、员工入职和离职. Handle general accounting tasks, including account payable/receivable, bookkeeping and monthly reconciliation/ 处理一般会计任务,包括应付账款/应收账款、簿记和每月对账. |

Requirements | Achieve at least a diploma/degree certificate in Human Resource/ 至少获得人力资源方面的文凭/学位证书. 2 to 3 years of experience in human resource management/ 2至3年人力资源管理经验. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)/ 精通 Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint). Fluency in Mandarin, English & Malay (Written & Spoken) to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders/ 能流利使用普通话、英语和马来语(书面和口语)与团队成员和利益相关者进行有效沟通. Up to date knowledge on HR policies, procedures, local labor laws and regulations/ 了解最新的人力资源政策、程序、当地劳动法律和法规. Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills/ 强大的分析和解决问题的能力. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities/ 出色的组织和多任务处理能力. |
