Application procedure

For application under Section 550 of CA 2016, the applicant must ensure that all requirements as set out in the Checklist are complied with before submitting the application.

Additionally, the applicant must also ensure that all boxes in the said Checklist are ticked and that all the necessary supporting documents are enclosed before submitting the application to the Registrar.

申请程序 

根据《2016年公司法》第550条提出申请时，申请人必须确保在提交申请之前，已完全符合核对清单（Checklist）中列明的所有要求。

此外，申请人还必须确保清单中的所有项目均已勾选，并在提交申请给公司注册官之前，附上所有必要的支持文件。
