The company is not a holding company

The holding company should commence a voluntary winding-up proceeding to dissolve the company.

根据《2016年公司法》第550条提出除名申请的要求  

该公司并非控股公司  

若为控股公司，则应启动自愿清盘程序（voluntary winding-up proceeding）以解散该公司。
