Shall hold AGM every calendar year to transact the following (S340)

-Laying of financial statements and reports of the directors and auditors.

-Re-election of retiring directors

-Re-election of retiring auditors

-Appointment and the fixing of the fee of directors.

-Any other business of which due notice is given

Penalty: Not exceeding RM 20,000

应每年举行年度股东大会以处理以下事项 (S340)

-重选退任董事

- 重选退休审计师

- 董事的任命和费用的确定。

- 任何其他已给予适当通知的业务
