We provide advisory and consultation services in all Intellectual Property (IP) issues including the filing, prosecution, and maintenance of IP rights (Patents, Trademarks, Industrial Designs, Copyrights, etc.) in addition to drafting IP related agreements. We are involved in the identification, valuation, servicing, protection, management, and commercial exploitation of IP rights. Our services take our clients from the idea stage in the Board Room or workshop floor right up to the product being on the market shelf – the whole spectrum and not just at the tail end or when infringement takes place.
