As part of our May Get-Together Dinner, we were pleased to invite Mr. Nigel to conduct a Healthy & Wellness sharing session for our staff.
During the session, Mr. Nigel shared valuable insights on healthy eating habits, suitable food choices, and practical ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The session aimed to raise awareness among our staff about the importance of nutrition and overall well-being.
Prior to the sharing session, our staff participated in a body weight assessment to better understand their health condition and body needs. This activity encouraged everyone to take a proactive approach toward maintaining a healthier lifestyle.
We would like to thank Mr. Nigel for his valuable knowledge sharing and contribution to the success of this event.
In addition, before concluding the event, we presented gifts to our staff as part of the Johari Program. This quarterly initiative encourages staff to conduct interviews with three colleagues to gain valuable feedback and insights about themselves. The program helps employees better understand their Open Area, Blind Area, Hidden Area, and Unknown Area based on the Johari Window concept.
Through this activity, staff are encouraged to enhance self-awareness, improve communication, strengthen teamwork, and identify opportunities for personal and professional growth. We appreciate the active participation of all staff members and look forward to continuing this meaningful program in the future.
