社会保险机构(PERKESO) 宣布了一项重要更新:自 2024年10月1日起,SOCSO和EIS的供款工资上限将从 每月RM5,000 提升至 每月RM6,000。这意味着,工资超过RM5,000的员工,其供款将根据 RM6,000 的新工资上限来计算。而对于 月薪超过RM6,000 的员工,其供款金额将以 RM6,000 为上限标准。
工资上限调整对员工的影响
此次社会保险工资顶限的提高,确保了 高薪员工 能享有更全面的保障,涵盖 工伤保险计划(Employment Injury Scheme)及 就业保险系统(Employment Insurance System, EIS)。
雇主须采取的措施
全国的雇主需确保以下事项符合新规:
- 更新薪资系统,反映 RM6,000 的新工资上限。
- 确保自2024年10月起的供款 符合《1969年雇员社会保障法令》与《2017年就业保险系统法令》 的修订指南。
- 密切关注PERKESO的最新更新,避免出现违规或罚款。
若未遵守新规,可能导致供款错误或员工的社保保障出现中断。
