Recently, our company has been the target of an organized and malicious extortion campaign. Criminals hijacked the website's comment function, impersonating agents from other companies, and posted over ten fake "one-star negative" reviews. They attempted to pressure our company into conceding to their unreasonable demands through slander and harassment. This behavior has severely damaged our reputation and is suspected of being illegal.

Regarding this matter, our company has formally filed a complaint with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) and has also filed a police report. We are actively cooperating with the relevant authorities in their investigation. We firmly oppose all forms of extortion and unfair competition and will pursue legal action to protect our legitimate rights and interests.

近日，我公司遭遇有组织的恶意勒索行为，不法分子通过劫持网站评论功能，冒充受其他公司委托，发布十余条虚假“一星差评”，企图通过污蔑和骚扰手段逼迫我司妥协其无理要求。此类行为已严重损害我司声誉，并涉嫌违法。  

针对此事，我司已正式向马来西亚通讯及多媒体委员会（MCMC）提交投诉，并同步向警方备案，目前正在积极配合相关部门调查。我们坚决抵制任何形式的勒索与不正当竞争行为，并将通过法律途径维护合法权益。
