Ultrasonic Mold Cleaner Series machine is a special ultrasonic plus electrolysis cleaning machine to use to remove heavy duty rust, stains, oil, grease & minor gas mark. The machine design is to include the electrolysis process with ultrasonic effects to have high performance of cleaning metal & stainless steel parts. The EU-125 Series cleaning chemical is special blended to apply for this machine. With this cleaning chemical EU-125 series, reactions of the electrolysis process can be enhanced with high performance of removing rust, stains, oil, grease & minor gas mark. This cleaning chemical is not the same as conventional chemical using for normal electrolysis process. During the cleaning process, the rust can be easily remove by the assistant of electrolysis process & ultrasonic process. Both combination process, will have best performance comparing to conventional ultrasonic cleaning only. The machine also equipped with filtration system where the filter can trapped minor rust / particles inside the tanks. For heavy oil application, the system can be added with sub-tank & oil skimmer as well. Safety tower light & additional safety features can be added & also as an option for customer if required. Main applications (any industries):
Hardened metal especially for mold insert / medium size mold
Stainless steel parts having rust
Grease / stains / oil of metal & SS parts.
Metal Tools / SS tools

1000L Ultrasonic Single Cleaning Tank Machine with Filtration System
1000L Ultrasonic Single Cleaning Tank Machine with Filtration System.
This big capacity single cleaning tank with filtration system is an industrial cleaning machine designed to clean large quantities of parts or objects in a single tank, while continuously filtering the cleaning solution to maintain its effectiveness and extend its lifespan.
Ultrasonic Cleaning: This is a very common method for industrial parts washing. Ultrasonic immersion box with transducers are mounted to the tank generate high-frequency sound waves that create microscopic bubbles in the cleaning solution (cavitation). These bubbles implode, releasing energy that scrubs contaminants from the parts, even in blind holes and intricate geometries.
These tanks are designed to accommodate large volumes of parts, often ranging from hundreds to thousands of liters. This is crucial for industrial applications where many parts need to be cleaned simultaneously or where individual parts are large.
Filtration System: This is a critical component that distinguishes these systems from basic cleaning tanks. The filtration system continuously removes contaminants from the cleaning solution, offering several benefits.
In summary, a big capacity single cleaning tank with a filtration system provides a robust and efficient solution for industrial cleaning needs, ensuring high cleanliness standards, cost-effectiveness, and environmental responsibility by extending the life of the cleaning solution. Category by All
Ultrasonic Mold Electrolysis Cleaner with Solvent Rinsing Tank
The Ultrasonic Mold Electrolysis Cleaner
An ultrasonic mold electrolysis cleaner is an advanced, dual-action cleaning system designed to meticulously remove stubborn and deeply embedded contaminants from industrial molds. It integrates two powerful cleaning technologies—ultrasonic cavitation and electrochemical electrolysis—into a single process, offering a level of cleanliness that is often superior to either method used alone. This sophisticated approach is particularly effective for complex molds with intricate geometries, where achieving a pristine surface is critical for high-quality production.
Key Advantages of Ultrasonic Mold Electrolysis Cleaners with Rinsing Tank
Compared to traditional manual cleaning, dry ice blasting, or even standalone ultrasonic cleaning, the combined electrolytic and ultrasonic method offers significant benefits:
1. Superior and Deeper Cleaning:
The dual-action process removes contaminants that other methods might leave behind, resulting in a cleaner mold and higher quality finished products.
2. Non-Abrasive and Damage-Free:
Despite its power, the process is non-abrasive, preserving the mold's delicate surface finish, sharp edges, and critical dimensions. This extends the life of expensive tooling.
3. Efficiency and Speed:
The combined process is significantly faster than manual scrubbing, reducing mold downtime and increasing production efficiency.
4. Penetration of Complex Geometries:
The microscopic nature of both the hydrogen bubbles and cavitation bubbles allows for thorough cleaning of intricate and complex mold designs.
5. Reduced Labor and Enhanced Safety:
It automates a challenging and often hazardous manual task, freeing up personnel and reducing their exposure to potentially sharp tools and harsh chemicals.
6. Restoration of Metal Luster:
The process not only cleans but can also restore the original metallic shine to the mold surface.
7. Rinsing with Solvent:
The chemical can be easily removed by solvent in option better than rinsing with normal tap water. The solvent can prevent the corrosion attack by normal tap water even without any blowing actions. Category by All
are devices that convert electrical energy into ultrasonic waves. They are typically made of piezoelectric materials, which vibrate when an electric current is applied. The ultrasonic waves emitted by the transducer can be used for a variety of industries including automotive, healthcare, aviation, precision machining, optical & etc. Tubular transducers are particularly well-suited for applications where a large area needs to be covered with ultrasonic waves. This is because the waves can propagate through the tube and be emitted from all sides. This makes them ideal for cleaning large objects, complex objects, multi-surface objects & etc.
Here are some additional details about ultrasonic tubular transducers:
They are typically made of piezoelectric materials, such as lead zirconate titanate (PZT).
They can emit ultrasonic waves in a wide range of frequencies, from 28 kHz to 40kHz.
The power output of ultrasonic tubular transducers can vary from a few watts to several kilowatts.
They are often used in conjunction with ultrasonic generators and amplifiers.
Easy Installation.
Cavitation wave in 360 Degree easy penetration into complex part.
An ultrasonic immersion box / Ultrasonic transducers box
is a device that contains one or more ultrasonic transducers. This ultrasonic transducers box can be customized according to the power & frequency requirement as required.
The ultrasonic frequency of the transducer can be as low as 20Khz up to 200Khz whereas some applications required high frequency cleaning.
In most common cases, ultrasonic power 300W to 3000W can be made according to user specifications.
The common material of this box is SUS-304 but can be customized to SUS316/316L if customer required.
Mounting can be determined by customer specifications or requirement.
Ultrasonic transducers are devices that convert electrical energy into high-frequency sound waves. Ultrasonic transducers boxes are used in a variety of applications & easily be replaceable.
