How it works:

Solids removed

• Wastewater containing fats, oils and grease enters the inlet, where larger solid waste is trapped in a removable basket

Grease trapped

• Grease separates from the cleaner water and rises to the surface where it is trapped in the main chamber.

Clean water filtered

• Clean water flows under the baffle plates through the unit to drain. 

Trapped FOG removed

• The retained waste collected within the unit can be easily removed at regular intervals using the removable fine mesh filter.
