DTC's R&D center is the first government awarded center in the field of furniture hardware engineering. Their R&D engineers are continuously developing new products with innovative functions and patent protections. DTC’s 4 production factories cover over 500,000 sq.m (more than 5,000,000 sq.ft) and feature tightly integrated processes to convert raw material into final products ready for packing and delivery. All production processes are completed in house from cutting, stamping, roll-forming, die-casting, injection moulding, electroplating, powder coating, assembly and quality-control. Their automatic production machinery gives them assurances that products will be consistent of the highest quality.
