Responsibilities	[Job Description] - Able to handle full set of accounts include GL, AP, AR, monthly reporting, statements of accounts. - To ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filing to support all accounting entries. - To assist in monthly closing, journal adjustment, prepare closing report, assist in audit and tax matter. - To handle daily accounting functions and monthly closing activities including preparation and processing of month end journals - Responsible to produce and submission of accurate analyst reports (Profit & Loss, Budget, Cost Recovery, Billing/Collection and Cash Flow Status) - Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as invoicing, stock, cash float and other transactions - Attention to detail and accuracy - Good problem-solving, and time management skills - Mature and independent with good working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision under pressure, in a high volume & fast paced environment - Maintain good communication with all departments as well as customer - Provide support to the team and any other ad HOC duties as assigned.
