带子滑蒸酿冬菇

食材料：
带子滑 1包
鲜冬菇 10粒
红鱼卵 1汤匙
小白菜 适量

调味料：
味精粉 1小匙
鸡精粉 1小匙
幼盐粉 1小匙
土鸡蛋 1颗
土豆粉 适量
胡椒粉 少许
江鱼仔汤包 1包(先熬汤水)

烹饪做法：
1.将带子滑退冰后按搓均匀备酿，小白菜清洗处理好，把鲜冬菇去掉脚，再洒上少许土豆粉，将带子滑酿入鲜冬菇里，然后涂抹成圆球形状，再放入热水锅盖好蒸5分钟至熟取出上碟子，锅里倒入1小碗江鱼仔汤水和调味料煮沸腾，再用土豆粉水勾茨汁和加入1颗鸡蛋后，才淋上去蒸熟的酿冬菇里，再洒上红鱼卵和川烫熟的小白菜点缀，，即可上桌，，开饭喽，，！
