Established in 2017, TORSUS is a brand for off-road buses by Pulsar Expo s.r.o., an international company with its HQ in the Czech Republic and production facilities in a purpose-built factory in Slovakia. It operates and sells in global markets to customers in heavy industry, utility, government service sectors and just single customers willing to make their lives a little more free from the limits of roads.
