Deposit is Non-Refundable. Please think rationally, make sure you are willing to commit to taking care of the dog for a lifetime before paid deposit.

Deposit is valid for 7 days for reserve the puppy. After 7 days, any postponement to pick up puppy will be will be boarding charged accordingly (subject to available puppy).

Cancellations of puppy will result in 100% forfeiture of the booking deposit.

For Health Warranty, we will provide 48 hours on VIRUSES only. Normal flu or diarrhea is NOT under warranty (Free medicine within 3 days).
