GUARDIAN Bituwrap 1650 Tape is a heavy-duty, cold-applied 2-ply Bitumen/PVC coating system engineered for applications requiring a highly impact-resistant and durable pipe wrap. Compliant with AWWA C209-19, this tape features a self-adhesive bituminous rubber compound that ensures excellent adhesion to primed steel surfaces, providing superior corrosion protection. Designed for use on buried and submerged pipelines, it is ideal for continuous linepipe wrapping, field joint coating, pipeline bends, fittings, and also serves as an effective joint sealing solution for reinforced concrete (RC) pipes and culverts.
