Responsibilities	• Lead the beautician to provide the best consultation skills and provide treatment knowledge to customer. • Prepare and provide a good Public Presentation and Management Report. • Plan ahead Training Schedule responsible to all trainees. • Train and guide the team to promote sales & marketing packages. • Upskill existing center staff team so that their theory and practical are up-to-date. • Continuous communication with each center, plan refresher course and upskilling course. • Determine training schedule as and when required. • Motivate, encourage and create enthusiasm and momentum to the staff for a positive working environment. • On time submission of all assessment and evaluation reports.

Requirements	1. SKM/CIBTAC/CIDESCO, certificate or diploma in beauty field is an added advantage with minimum 3 years of experience. 2. Practical experience in facial and laser hair removal treatments and ability to teach beauticians. 3. Understanding of skin care equipment's manual operation and summaries for teaching purposes. 4. Up-to-date knowledge in facial and laser hair removal treatments. Good knowledge in treatment and beauty programs protocols 5. Good command of English, mandarin,malay
