Oralix Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 2nd December 2002 with two divisions under its wing, mainly the pharmacy division and the disposable and medical equipment division.

The pharmacy division supplies a wide range of drugs registered with the Ministry of Health, to both government and private hospitals. The disposable and medical equipment division supplies medical devices, medical disposable products and medical implantable to both major and minor hospitals in the region.

The company expanded its business on 28th January 2009 by forming ORALIX HOLDINGS SDN BHD AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, with two divisions namely import and export of medical disposables and equipment.

The Oralix brand is currently present in Singapore, Lebanon, Turkey, Pakistan and Vietnam, and is still expanding its business.

On February 2014, ORALIX HOLDINGS SDN BHD AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES formed an aesthetics and wholesale division with the aim of penetrating and serving a wider market range. This wholly-Malaysian company is certified with ISO 9001: 2015 and GDPMDS.

Oralix is proudly expanding the business within a year by forming Oralix MSK Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Kultivate Healthcare Sdn. Bhd.) that was incorporated on 17th August 2015 mainly serving in orthopaedic and trauma implant products. 

In a year of 2019, Oralix Medical Sdn. Bhd. was formed. This company is specialize in supply aesthetic products and the market focus stratergy is aesthetic clinics in Malaysia.
