Inaccurate feeding:

2. Feeding length setting is incorrect.

Solution: Adjust the feed length fine adjustment screw and speed adjustment screw and reset them. after designing, be sure to re-tighten the fine adjustment screw.


3. The external air pressure is unstable (excessive or insufficient air pressure)

Solution: Check the three point combination pressure gauge for damage and adjust the air compressor.


4. There is an error in the mold itself.

Solution: Recalibrate the punch mold.


5, The mold itself has no guide pin.

Solution: Modify the guide pin.


6. The air feeder plywood is severely worn after prolonged use, Solution: Flat-grind the plywood.


7, The material is too thin or tough enough.

Solution: It can be converted into pull type, one for one pull type air feeder.


8. The skew and unevenness of the feeding belt.

Solution: Readjust the height and feeding position of the air feeder to keep it horizontal and vertical with the punch die.


9. Long shutdown time.

Solution: When the temperature is too low and the downtime is more than twelve hours, when the continuous feeding is completed after the commissioning, the air feeder must be preheated first. the preheating method is to keep the air feeder slowly and empty. to 5 minutes (the lower the temperature, the longer the hotter time), continuous automatic feeding can be performed after the preheating is completed.
 

The installation process:

1. First determine the location of the installation, can be installed on the left side of the press can also be installed on the right side of the press, this should be determined according to the customer's site conditions. It is to see the size of the customer's site, the material placed on the left or right side of the press, etc.
2. Place the right angle plate on the Xiatai plate of the punch press so that the plane of one face and the press plate of the punch press is kept at a horizontal plane. One face is tangent to one face of the lower table plate to find the screw hole.
3. After hitting two screw holes, fix the right angle plate directly to the side of the lower platen of the punch press.
4. Then screw the main part of the air feeder to the right angle board with screws.
5. According to the position of the floating sleeve of the main body of the installed air feeder, the position of the mounting rod is determined. The pole is mounted on the punch plate. A screw hole on the side of the upper platen will fix the rod in the corresponding position.
