The machine is specially design for the filling of Lubricant oil into 5kg to 25kg Plastic container. This machine is incorporated with a specially designed filling system with 2 stage filling. Being, the 1st stage is for fast filling to 95% of the preset weight and finally the 2nd stage for the final 5% fill for accuracy. The movement of the nozzle is control by pneumatic actuated cylinders.
The product to this filling machine is by gravity from product Overhead buffer tank .
Basement and frame work are of stainless steel AISI 304 construction. Adjustment of filling nozzle height to suit various size of containers is by manual adjustment.
