Green Technology - “ECO-SYSTEM”

NST is actively involved in green technology invention (R&D) which contributes significantly to environmental in extract and remove smoke and dust particles known as “Eco-System”. NST has a mechanical team which is capable to engage with engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) of our product “Eco-System”.

“Eco-System” comprises of (i) Smoke Extraction System (SES) and (ii) Multi Cyclone System (MCS) which is commonly installed and applied in industrial-scale operations where considerable amounts of pollutants are generated to promote safe & health working environment.

Smoke Extraction System (SES) is a system that involving smoke extraction through ducting pipe connecting to exhaust of the Palm Kernel Oil Expellers. The flue smoke will then transfer to Multi Cyclone System (MCS), and the particles trapped into the cyclone, and eventually the clean air will discharge through the chimney.

Under Multi Cyclone System (MCS), NSTEK has introduced two diverse products to serve customers' requirement on handling coarse and fine particles that are suspended in the air-streams.

(i) Cyclotech^TM
(ii) Cycletro^TM

The “Eco-System” that manufactured by NST is able to remove 50% - 90% of solid particles in duct gases and able to achieve <150mmg/Nm3 which meets the requirements of Environmental Quality (Clean Air) Regulation 2014 enforcement by Department of Environment Malaysia.
